1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary based on product type, availability, and ongoing promotions.
  • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to follow their shipment.
  • Delivery timelines typically range between 4–7 working days, depending on the location.

2. Prepaid & COD Orders

  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.
  • COD orders may require a verification call or confirmation message before shipment.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch—whichever occurs first.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellation by Glamrang

  • In rare cases, your order may be cancelled due to:
    • Product out of stock
    • Payment verification issues
    • Invalid shipping address
  • In such cases, customers are notified immediately and a full refund is issued (for prepaid payments).
