1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Dispatch timelines may vary based on product type, availability, and ongoing promotions.
Once shipped, customers receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to follow their shipment.
Delivery timelines typically range between 4–7 working days, depending on the location.

2. Prepaid & COD Orders

Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.
COD orders may require a verification call or confirmation message before shipment.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch—whichever occurs first.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellation by Glamrang

In rare cases, your order may be cancelled due to:
- Product out of stock
- Payment verification issues
- Invalid shipping address
In such cases, customers are notified immediately and a full refund is issued (for prepaid payments).
